Al Hamra Golf course was designed by the renowned golf course architect, Peter Harradine.
This eighteen-hole golf course is built around four inter-connected open water lagoons which merge with the Arabian Gulf and desert landscapes.
It is a stunning 72 championship course with a length of 7,325 yards with five varying tee options which provide a fun and enjoyable game of golf for the professional golfer or golf enthusiast.
Al Hamra Golf Club houses three restaurants which are open to members and to visitors.
The Al Hamra Golf Club gymnasium is located in the Academy clubhouse and is accessible by members only. It is equipped with the latest Technogym equipment.
Two proshops, one in the main clubhouse building and the other one in the academy clubhouse, both carry the latest clothing, equipment and accessories from the premier brands in the golfing industry.
Al Hamra Golf Academy
Al Hamra Golf Academy is run by PGA Qualified Professionals who are committed to making the golf enjoyable for players, catering for the needs of amateurs as well as experienced players. They share their knowledge in playing strategies and swing technique so players are able to fine tune their skills.
The Academy boasts state-of-the-art facilities with a 9 hole Par 3 Academy course and fully floodlit driving range together with an indoor swing studio where lessons and practice can take place while utilizing the latest V1 golf swing analysis software.
